All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 6-15 business days, depending on your location. While we aim for the fastest possible delivery, please allow for this full window before contacting us about a delayed order.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, courier delays, or extreme weather. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will do our best to keep you updated.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Newfik is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@newfik.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
